2016 में स्थापित अमलतास कॉलेज ऑफ़ एजुकेशन, इंद्रपुरी रोहतास (बिहार) में स्थित है | पटना और वाराणसी से 150 किलोमीटर की दूरी पर यह कॉलेज डेहरी-ऑन-सोन रेलवे स्टेशन से मात्र 10 किलोमीटर है | सोन नदी के तट पर हरे भरे प्रदूषण मुक्त, स्वच्छ वातावरण में दो एकड़ ज़मीन पर फैले इस शिक्षण संस्थान में शिक्षकों और छात्रों के आवास की भी सुविधा है |

1. Principal

Amaltas College of Education is looking for a dynamic Principal to lead and supervise the growth and effective functioning of the institution.

Role Description:

The Principal’s mission is to enhance the standard of education by providing an outstanding, creative and participative learning environment that is consistent with the core values of the Sandapini Gurukul Foundation and Amaltas College of Education.

The Principal exercises leadership in the effective running of the college, and is directly accountable to the ACE Management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the development of teaching materials, teaching staff and curriculum
  2. Conduct staff training, assess educational material, and evaluate educational technologies
  3. Mentor new teachers to help them develop effective instructional methods and strategies
  1. Set goals for the faculty that encourages continuous improvement in quality of classroom instruction, and guide the faculty to go above and beyond, in achieving the goals of the Trust and the College.
  2. Institute and implement a system of regular assessment of faculty performance against goals
  1. Institute programs for appropriate engagement and supervision of students in a way that is consistent with the philosophy of the college (example, a community engagement project).
  2. Enhance the profile of the College by appropriate use of publicity through local, state and national media and college newsletters.
  3. Plan and conduct conferences and workshops

Skills & Qualifications :

  • Post Graduate degree in Arts/Sciences/Social Sciences/Humanities/Commerce with minimum 55% marks
  • M.Ed with minimum 55% marks
  • Ph.D in Education or in any other pedagogic subject.
  • 8+ years of teaching experience in secondary teacher’s education institution.
  • Good computer skills – Word, Excel, Email & Internet
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English

2. Academic Coordinator

Amaltas College of Education is looking for a dynamic Academic Coordinator in its leadership team to facilitate the growth and effective functioning of the institution.

Role Description:

The Academic Coordinator will be responsible for improving the quality and delivery of teaching material and enhancing the faculty’s teaching standards, consistent with the core values of the Sandapini Gurukul Foundation and Amaltas College of Education.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  2. M.Ed. or M.A. in Education with minimum 55% marks
  3. Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
  4. Good computer skills – Word, Excel, E-mail & Internet
  5. UGC-NET Qualified or PhD degree in Education with subject specialization
  6. Preference will be given to candidates with teaching experience

सहायक प्रोफेसर – विज्ञान / गणित / सामाजिक विज्ञान

  1. विज्ञान / गणित / सामाजिक विज्ञान में 55% अंक के साथ स्नातकोत्तर (M.A.)
  2. एम्. एड. (M.Ed.)या एम. ए. शिक्षा (M.A.in Education) में न्यूनतम 55% अंक आवश्यक |
  3. हिंदी एवं अंग्रेजी भाषा में निपुणता I
  4. कंप्यूटर कौशल – word, excel, email, internet.
  5. UGC-NET पास / शिक्षा में पी . एच. डी. (Ph.D. in Education)
  6. अनुभवी शिक्षकों को प्राथमिकता दी जायगी

4. Asst. Professor – Language (Hindi/English)

  1. A post graduate degree in Hindi/English with minimum 55% marks
  2. M.Ed. or M.A. in Education with minimum 55% marks
  3. Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
  4. Good computer skills – Word, Excel, Email & Internet
  5. UGC-NET Qualified or PhD degree in Education with subject specialization
  6. Preference will be given to candidates with teaching experience

सहायक प्रोफेसर – भाषा (हिन्दी) 

  1. मान्यता प्राप्त विश्व विद्यालय से हिन्दी/अंग्रेजी में 55% अंक के साथ स्नातकोत्तर |
  2. एम्. ए. (शिक्षा) या एम्. एड. में 55% आवश्यक I
  3. हिंदी एवं अंग्रेजी भाषा में निपुणता I
  4. कंप्यूटर कौशल – word, excel, email, internet.
  5. UGC-NET पास / शिक्षा में पी . एच. डी. (Ph.D. in Education)
  6. अनुभवी शिक्षकों को प्राथमिकता दी जायगी

5. Asst. Professor – Physical Education

  1. Master of Physical Education (M.P.Ed.) with minimum 55% marks
  2. Training in yoga
  3. Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
  4. Good computer skills – Word, Excel, Email & Internet
  5. UGC-NET Qualified or PhD degree in Education with subject specialization
  6. Preference will be given to candidates with teaching experience

सहायक प्रोफेसर – शारीरिक शिक्षा

  1. कम से कम 55 % अंक के साथ शारीरिक शिक्षा में स्नातकोत्तर (M.P.ED)
  2. योग प्रशिक्षित
  3. हिंदी एवं अंग्रेजी भाषा में निपुणता I
  4. कंप्यूटर कौशल – word, excel, email, internet.
  5. UGC-NET पास / शिक्षा में पी . एच. डी. (Ph.D. in Education)
  6. अनुभवी शिक्षकों को प्राथमिकता दी जायगी

6. Asst. Professor – All Subjects in D.El.Ed.

  1. Post-graduate degree with minimum 50% marks in Social Science/Maths/Humanities/Science/Language/Philosophy/Sociology/Psychology.
  2. M.Ed/ M.A in Education with 50% marks.
  3. Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
  4. Good computer skills – Word, Excel, E-mail & Internet
  5. Preference will be given to candidates with teaching experience

सहायक प्रोफेसर – डी एल एड (सभी विषय)

  1. 50 प्रतिशत अंकों के साथ समाज विज्ञान/ विज्ञानेतर विषयों/ विज्ञान/भाषा/दर्शन शास्त्र/ मनोविज्ञान/समाज शास्त्र में मास्टर (एम् ए) I
  2. 50 प्रतिशत अंकों के साथ एम्.एड./ अथवा शिक्षा में एम् ए |
  3. हिंदी एवं अंग्रेजी भाषा में निपुणता I
  4. कंप्यूटर कौशल – word, excel, email, internet.
  5. अनुभवी शिक्षकों को प्राथमिकता दी जायगी I
